We were Ashland storage customers when the opportunity came to serve as Ashland self-storage managers. Both my wife, who’s a costume designer for the Oregon Shakespeare festival, and I jumped at the chance. We had two small children, at the time, and working and living here allowed us to care for them without day care.
We have been with Secure Storage for 12 years and really enjoy Ashland’s diversity. It offers both beautiful outdoor areas with the refinements of a cosmopolitan city.
Ashland storage customers give us lots of positive feedback. They like our customer-oriented attitude, and how we are willing to go the extra mile to help. This was especially true recently when there was a disastrous local fire where 11 families lost their homes. Ashland self-storage donated their time and offered free storage to help the victims
