    This is my second experience renting storage space from Secure Storage in Hood River. The first time, several years ago, was an excellent experience so I chose them again for my current storage unit needs. Once again, I am impressed and very happy working with Tammy, the resident manager. She's always helpful, upbeat, and very easy to communicate with. I am relieved to have one concern off my to-do list and am confident this business relationship will be as stress-free as the first time.

    I generally see Secure Storage as taken care of it’s customers through prompt communication, like making customers aware of ash dust possibly coating their belongings during 2020 fires, providing quick turnaround time for customers to change units. Other positives are general upkeep of the property and the key in, key out access with means to alert the customer if they didn’t close their unit on the way out. Good communication with staff.
